Our team carefully packages each item with the utmost care and attention to detail, so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location. Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees, which will be calculated at checkout. Return & Exchange Policy

At Mary Jane Art Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment or send you a replacement item, depending on your preference. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
